| Capt Bill Selby is a Master Mariner and has been involved with seafaring matters since 1966. Prior to joining Miller International in 1999, Bill had worked largely in the Middle East for a variety of companies gaining experience in habour pilotage, container movements, port operations, loadouts of heavy structures, towage of structures, offshore installation surveys and rig movements. As a marine consultant he conducted numerous P&I ship condition surveys. Prior to relocating to Singapore, Bill worked in Dubai office from 1999 and was responsible for towage approval of ocean wet tows of rigs from the Arabian Gulf to India. He has conducted surveys and valuations on behalf of hull and machinery underwriters, as well as cargo damage and other surveys on behalf of P&I and cargo underwriters. |
